Our Digital Refund Policy: Here’s What You Need to Know!
We totally get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. But because we deal in digital products, we can’t offer refunds for simply changing your mind. We highly recommend giving the product page, title, and description a good read before clicking "buy" to avoid any surprises! That said, we’ve got your back in the following cases.
When refunds can be made:
1. Whoops! You bought two of the same thing
It happens! If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, just let us know, and we’ll refund you for the duplicate.
2. Technical hiccup
If you run into a technical issue with the product, give us a shout! Please provide as much detail as possible about the problem. If the error is repeatable and we can’t fix it, we’ll happily refund you.
3. Misrepresentation
We aim to provide clear, honest descriptions of all our products. If what you received doesn’t match what was described, we’ll offer a refund. But remember: we can’t process refunds based on personal opinions about the product's quality or appearance.
When refunds aren’t possible:
1. It’s been more than 30 days since your purchase.
Our window for refunds is 30 days. After that, we’re unable to process any refund requests
2. You accidentally bought the wrong item and it’s been downloaded.
Once the download’s complete, we can’t offer a refund.
3. You no longer need the product.
Once it’s in your hands (or on your device), we can’t offer a refund if you change your mind.
4. You found something else you like better.
We know how it goes, but we can’t refund purchases just because you prefer a different option.
5. You think the product’s quality isn’t up to par.
We’re always striving to provide high-quality products, but we can’t offer refunds based on personal opinions of quality.
6. Internet troubles causing download issues.
Slow or unstable internet? Unfortunately, we can’t refund if your connection’s causing trouble with the download.
7. You claim a technical issue but don’t provide enough details.
We’ll need a bit of info from you to look into the problem. If you can’t provide sufficient evidence of the issue, we can’t process a refund.

We’ll gladly issue a refund if:
- You received the wrong item (oops!).
- Your item showed up damaged (yikes!).
Just drop us a note at firesideprintery@gmail.com with a couple of photos of the issue, and we’ll fix it faster than you can say “refund.”
Exchanges? Not Right Now.
If you’re unsure about sizing, check out the size charts in our product descriptions before placing your order—they’re like your personal shopping assistant!
And while it’s rare, occasionally an item might be mislabeled (whoops again!). If this happens, contact us at firesideprintery@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the mislabeled item
We’ll make it right by sending you a replacement or offering a refund.
