    What’s the largest size I can print my digital file?

    Each print is designed to look crisp and fabulous at its max size! Check the product description for specific dimensions, but most of my prints can go up to 24x30 inches (or even larger, depending on the design). Got questions about scaling it up? Just ask—we're here to help!

    Where can I print my art?

    Oh, you’ve got options galore! You can:

    • Print it at home
    • Head to your local print shop.
    • Use an online printing service like Shutterfly, Staples, or Printful 

    Just be sure to use good-quality paper for a gallery-worthy finish—your walls will thank you!

    How long will my digital download be available?

    Forever! Once you purchase it, it’s yours to download whenever you want. Whether you’re printing it today or next year, it’ll always be waiting for you. 

    What frames or framing services do you recommend?

    We’re all about easy and stylish solutions! Try these options:

    • Ikea for affordable, modern frames.
    • Target for trendy vibes.
    • Custom framing services like Framebridge if you want something extra special.

    Pro tip: A simple white or black frame always makes art pop!

    Do you offer refunds?

    Since digital downloads are instant (and we can’t exactly “take them back”), we don’t offer refunds. But if something’s wrong with the file or you’re having issues, let me know ASAP! Head over to our Refunds page for more details.

    When will my order arrive?

    Good things take time—but not too much time! Here’s what to expect:

    • Order Fulfillment: 3–4 days to process your order before shipping.
    • Shipping Times:
      • USA: 3–4 business days
      • Europe: 6–8 business days
      • Australia: 2–14 business days
      • Japan: 4–8 business days
      • International: 10–20 business days

    So, while we aren’t magicians, we’ll get your goodies to you as soon as possible!

    Where will my order ship from?

    We partner with a fabulous on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Your order ships from the location that can get it to you the fastest. It’s like magic (but with printers).

    Will I have to pay customs fees?

    If you’re ordering internationally, there might be extra customs or tax fees. These aren’t in our control—it’s all up to your local customs office. We recommend checking with them to see if you’ll need to pay any extra duties or taxes.

    Help! My order hasn’t arrived yet!

    Oh no! Before panicking, try these steps:

    1. Check your shipping confirmation email—make sure the delivery address is correct.
    2. Visit your local post office—they might be holding onto your package for you.
    3. Ask your neighbors—sometimes packages end up with them by mistake.

    If you’ve done all that and your order is still MIA, email us at [insert your support email here] with your order number. If the shipping address was incorrect, we can send a replacement, but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.

    Our products are made with love and care by our amazing print-on-demand partners. They have facilities worldwide, so your order is printed and shipped from the location closest to you. Efficient and eco-friendly—win-win!

    How do I track my order?

    What if I received the wrong or a damaged product?
